RockSalt Subsea Moves Premises

We have moved!

RockSalt Subsea has moved premises. As of, 1st May, our new Head Office address is:

The move comes after RockSalt Subsea outgrew its previous premises, which had been home to the company since 2018. The new pemises offer additional space for the subsea diving equipment side of the business, allowing the company to hold more stock and offering clients a quick turnaround. RockSalt Subsea now has a full range of ROVs for hire on site, as well as diving systems, rigid inflatable boats, container workshops and other diving related tools & equipment.

Director, Tony French, comments: “It was becoming clear that we had outgrown the space at our old premises in Insch. It took time to find suitable premises in the area and we were keen to stay local. I'm glad to say it was worth the wait! Our staff are really happy here and it has made the company more welcoming for clients and more accessible for transport operators, which is great.”

RockSalt’s Newcastle office in Blyth remains fully operationaly.

RockSalt provided us with a team of skilled electrical technicians during a critical phase of installation. The experience of the personnel working under our Site Management team helped ensure a controlled installation process in line with the scheduling. Our Site Management team also found a strong improvement on overall quality control with the technicians providing the first completion inspections meaning that fewer punch items were raised during customer inspections. In addition, we utilised a RockSalt technician on a longer-term basis within our QHSE team with very positive effect to our site activities both in terms of safety on the job as well as overall installation quality, especially in relation to ATEX equipment.

Tony has always demonstrated excellent skill levels in his diving knowledge, both technical and theoretical.
