In addition to successful diving operations, Rocksalt Subsea supplies Observation Class Remotely Operated Vehicles for hire. We have a total operational fleet of five and can support our customers, old and new, with a quality service and a greater cost efficiency.

As a local, independent company, we are flexible enough to provide both equipment and personnel at very short notice.
Rocksalt Subsea’s decision to progress with one make/model of ROV gives us full compatibility across the fleet, which in turn allows us to reduce cost while still being able to supply extensive spares packages.

The Forum Super Mohawk is a fully electric, excellent general purpose professional ROV system, reliable and easily maintained. The Super Mohawk provides a compact, high thrust, garage-deployed system designed to accommodate light underwater intervention tasks in support of oil and gas drilling, IRM and the renewables sector.

Super Mohawk is a robust, durable and field proven ROV system designed for high payload, with plenty open deck space and skid mounted options.
With a range of light-weight, compact LARS and container sizes, we can tailor our systems to the clients requirements, making it ideal for platform or vessel operations.

RockSalt provided us with a team of skilled electrical technicians during a critical phase of installation. The experience of the personnel working under our Site Management team helped ensure a controlled installation process in line with the scheduling. Our Site Management team also found a strong improvement on overall quality control with the technicians providing the first completion inspections meaning that fewer punch items were raised during customer inspections. In addition, we utilised a RockSalt technician on a longer-term basis within our QHSE team with very positive effect to our site activities both in terms of safety on the job as well as overall installation quality, especially in relation to ATEX equipment.
