RockSalt Subsea Work Boat Fleet Expansion
RockSalt Subsea has expanded its fleet to four versatile workboat types, enabling us to support subsea operations across inshore, nearshore, and offshore environments with greater flexibility. Our rapid mobilisation reduces downtime and keeps projects moving. Each vessel is equipped for commercial diving and ROV operations, delivering safe, high-quality support across oil & gas, renewables, and marine infrastructure.
MV Equinox | Catamaran Nearshore Work Boat

The MV Equinox is a highly stable catamaran platform designed specifically for nearshore operations and is suitable for dive support, ROV free swimming and live boating, survey nearshore, salvage work and crew boat and stores support.
Falcon 1 | Fast Rescue Daughter Craft

Falcon 1 serves as a fast-response daughter craft, designed with speed, agility, and safety in mind. This vessel plays a vital role in diving support, personnel transfer, emergency response, and rapid deployment scenarios.
Dignity | Nearshore Work Boat

A robust and dependable nearshore workboat, built to handle a wide range of operational tasks. From standby support to equipment transport, Dignity offers versatility and reliability, and its durable design ensures consistent performance in demanding environments.
Sea Fury | Inshore Work Boat (Arctic 28)

The Sea Fury, an Arctic 28 inshore workboat, is compact yet powerful, perfectly suited for operations in confined or shallow waters. Its size and agility enable access to locations that larger vessels cannot reach, without compromising on capability. Sea Fury is ideal for inshore inspections, light intervention tasks, and support operations where precision and accessibility are essential. Despite its smaller footprint, it maintains the high standards of performance and safety that define our fleet.
The MV Equinox (Catamaran Nearshore Work Boat) was utilised as part of the Safe Caledonia reactivation and Special Periodic Survey (SPS) for client Prosafe.
All operations were executed in a safe, efficient, and highly professional manner. The RockSalt team played a key role not only in the successful execution of the work but also in the detailed planning, particularly for the cofferdam campaign. Their expertise and collaborative approach were instrumental in the safe and timely completion of this critical aspect of the project. Neil Mackay, Technical Superintendent – Prosafe
